Same thing happened to me as with one of the reviewers. I came in for my twice a year cleaning but she wanted me to do a whole lot of procedure. The front desk lady was very pushy and kept on telling me to get their payment plan even after telling her that I can't afford all that and I just came for a cleaning. She was rude and left so I had to go ask when i can get my cleaning done and she had the gall to ask "oh, do you still want a cleaning?" If you want pushy and rude sales people then this is the place for you! more

Terrible Experience 8/30/2012

I went to see Dr. Cho for semi-annual cleaning. She recommended treatments cost $1,380. I told her I would think about it but I would just have my regular cleaning done at that day. The staff kept pressuring me to use the financing program their office offered so that Dr. Cho could start the treatments that day. Because I didn't agree with the $1,380 treatments, Dr. Cho refused to do the regular cleaning for me which I was entitled to according to my insurance plan. I felt very disrespected and insulted. Dr. Cho is all about business and money and she doesn't respect patient's rights and good customer service!! I filed a complain to my insurance company right away. more

I love Dr. Cho. She is very personable. She keeps the office moving quick so even for fillings you are in and out real quick. I took my girlfriend there, who was very scared, and she was happy with her as well. more

Very kind 5/8/2009

I was very fearful of the dentist, and they took time to talk to me. She will take care of work that needs to be done while you are there, doesn't make you come back for a ton of appointments. The lady at the reception desk is very sweet. more
