Satisfied Patient 10/25/2010

I have a hard time believing things I'm reading in some of these postings. I am a bi costal business person who has had an excellent expereince with Dr. Miller and his staff. These types of procedures by nature engendered a very personal responce. The Doctor/staff patient relationship is always highly emothionally charged, yes we all want to feel like we are being treated like a media star, but a lot of that has to do with how we treat others during our interatction. The staff couldn't have been more caring, their information about the actual recovery was absoloutely accurate, including the true level of discomfort, which is not inconsequential, but is part of the process and can not be minimized. Don't kid yourself about what you are getting in to to achieve the result you wish. People will only treat you the way you wish to be treated if you treat them the same way. Some of the things I experienced are not for the faint of heart, but are worth it to achieve the result we are looking for. Medicine is truly an art, not just a science, and Dr. Miller is an artist, but is working with an imperfect canvas to begin with. The best results can only happen with informed patients, good staff, and a committed surgeon, and that was my experience with Dr. Millers practice. more

Worst Customer Services 10/25/2010

I would highly recommend that you spend time looking for a good doctor before wasting extra money on doctor miller and his staff/services. The staff only try to rush you into the door and take you money without thoroughly explaining the process and the full amount that you have to pay. I had a rhinoplasty here. You only find out when all of the bills come that you were not expecting. Also feel that doctor miller treats you more like a number than a patient. He doesnt really care about how you feel about the process, more his idea of what would look right for you. I think if you charge as much as he does for his services you could hire competent staff and also pretend to care about your patients. Buyer beware,. more

DO NOT LET HIM DO ROLL CIT ON YOU 10/22/2010

I went to him to improve minor acne scars on my cheeks. He said that the roll cit would really help soften them and that there were no side effects. Since the procedure my skin has never been the same and my face has suffered major negative side effects. My face has sunken in and I now know did not heal properly. The youthful plumpness is gone from my face. He overworked my face and most likely was too aggressive (he told me he was very aggressive, a good thing in his estimation.) My face is still very tight and most likely has scar tissue resulting from his aggressiveness. It's uncomfortable to even smile sometimes. I have to now look elsewhere for corrective procedures to try and alleviate the tight feeling, but don't know if I will ever look the way I did before. From what I now know, this procedure can be VERY dangerous to the face if done wrong. Fat cell loss, muscle damage, many many possible side effects that he and Jana won't mention when you speak to them about it. He does not know what he is doing when it comes to this procedure. And I was charged $5,700. The normal price is around $2,000. Please do your research and don't let him hurt your face with this procedure. more

Seldom can you find someone technically skilled and at the same time artistic, never mind a doctor too! Dr. Miller combines all of those wonderful talents in one and gave me the best rhinoplasty, facelift and skin resurfacing I could get. I had a rhinoplasty done 6 years ago and I came back for the other procedures. His staff is terrific and the results are amazing. Dont hesitate to go to him and his office. He's the best. more

Loved my Rhinoplasty! 10/15/2010

I went to Dr. Miller for my rhinoplasty. I always had a slight bump on my nose which I was unhappy with, but I wasn't sure where to start on my search for a good plastic surgeon. There are so many of them and they all claim to be good. But, when I met Dr. Miller and his staff, they were so nice and explained to me the procedure and what I would be experiencing before and after the surgery. I was a little nervous after I read one of the negative reviews here, but my experience was the complete opposite. The staff and doctor were so friendly! I ended up booking my surgery the following week and I was so happy with the results. I'd definitely recommend going to Dr. Miller! more

Lousy and unprofessional 10/5/2010

I attended a ""media event"" for a new cosmetic procedure and was given a gift card to redeem to have a complimentary session. I was scheduled in August 2010 for a visit at Dr. Miller's office and was RESCHEDULED three times because of ""last minute"" cancellations. I have never even had an opportunity to experience their services, but the reception and scheduling of services is terrible and unprofessional. I frankly would not go even if they paid me to. more

Best Decision I Ever Made!! 3/1/2010

I finally decided to have my nose done. I always wanted to look like a star and I really take care of myself, but wanted that minor bump gone. Well, I chose Dr. Philip Miller especially after seeing him on TV. After my initial consultation, I scheduled the surgery for a month later. I went into surgery pretty good looking and came out looking really SEXY! Dr. Philip Miller took my bump away! I can’t thank him enough! My confidence has soared and I am happier and look great! I now have confidence around the woman!!! more

Great Experience 2/10/2010

I originally came to Dr. Miller's for a consultation for a Face Lift. I didn't walk in thinking that I was going to book a treatment ( I wanted to get some other prices/opinions). However, I felt very confident after my consultation that this was the right doctor that I ended up booking my surgery. I'm so happy that I did so because my results could not have been better. I came to Dr. Miller for a Rhinoplasty consultation. I was a bit nervous because I have never gotten plastic surgery done before. But Dr. Miller and his staff put my fears at ease by explaining me the procedure and the results I would obtain. I am very happy with my results and I definitely recommend him.
