i recently purchased some truffles from Gosanko. I bought the mocha, hazelnut, raspberry, and grand marnier. i thought the outside chocolate coating was too thick, and was very chewy. the truffle fillings were smooth, but i couldnt distiguish between the hazelnut and the grand marnier. the flavors are not pronounced. even the raspberry filling had a couple seeds, and the raspberry didnt stand out like you'd want it to. the mocha was the best out of the four. it was very light in flavor, possibly too light in flavor as well. i would not purchase anything from Gosanko again.
