Please do not use this company as they are NOT the reputable company they used to be. I had them sand and stain a small enclosed front porch for me but, on the advice of my builder who was working on another project in the house, I waited to have the floor sealed until after this project was done.\r

The porch was covered with tarp the entire time the work on the other project was done and I was surprised to see a long scratch in front of the door when the tarp was removed. The scratch wasn't terrible deep and not all that noticeable so I was very pleased when Gorsegner Brothers told me that if I had the original stain (I did not) or got a small can of the same stain, they could touch up the spot and seal the floor. A tentative appointment was made for late the following week and I was told I would get a call on Monday to confirm the appointment.\r

What happened next totally dumbfounds me. I received no call on Monday and had not had a chance to pick up the stain. My intention was the get the stain the next weekend and set up something for the following week when Gorsegner's scheduler called. Instead Gorsegner Brothers showed up at my house on Thursday morning, left me a voice message asking if they could do the work and ,not hearing back from me, proceeded to use some kind of touchup pencil on the scratch and seal the floor. \r

Even Gorsegner Brothers agrees that the scratch is now an eye sore. They said they would give me a discount to resand, restain and reseal the floor, something that would NEVER needed to done if they had not entered my house without my permission and ""fixed"" this scratch. I got a quote from another floor company that my builders uses. There BIG discount for the same work to correct a problem they created - $25!! They will never set foot in my house again so buyer BEWARE..\r
