Had a new awning put up by Goodie & Sons in Nov. 2012. Noticed leaks after first rain and contacted Gerry right away 12/10/12. He said some one would be out ASAP. I had called numerous times after that because I never heard from them. Finally after leaving a message letting them know I would be contacting the BBB and call Kurtis News some one came out 1/14/13. The service guy told me they were done and said he hosed it down and there were no more leaks. WRONG, I spotted a couple and that the gutter was still leaking in the middle of it. I told him you could see it wasn't level and he said it was but he would check again. ""It wasn't level."" They had to undo and cut two of the standards shorter in order for the water to run down the gutter. \r
Well it rained again 1/24/13 and more leaks, over our back door and other areas. I called again 1/25/13 and spoke with Gerry, he said he'd get right on it. No one has shown yet.....Called again 2/13/13, Gerry tells me he thought some one had taken care of it. He would check into it and get back with me. \r
It is 2/17/13 and nothing.\r
THIS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY HAD FROM A COMPANY. I AM SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.\r
I will be contacting the BBB and other organizations in regards to the failing service.
