Goldwing Appliance Repair

We purchased a new refrigerator and for the past 8 months have had numerous problems with a freezer door and the icemaker. The Goldwing technicians and service manager have been great to work with. Recently as a result of Joseph's advocacy, service manager we were given a new refrigerator. We have also used Goldwing to fix our oven. Goldwing Service including office staff, the technicians and the service manager have always been willing to accomodate our needs and provide quality service. more

We are very happy with Goldwing Appliance ESPECIALLY our tech Tom Rados! He is very professional and customer service orientated. We want to make sure Goldwing recognizes Tom in the company as we do as his customer. If only more companies had employees like Tom our world would be much more efficient and stress free. Through the efforts of Joseph Sanders, manager of Goldwing Appliance our failed dishwasher was replaced with a brand new one. The process of dealing with our appliance maker people became a nightmare. Joseph, behind the scenes, somehow supported us thoughout this ordeal. The outcome has been more positive than I ever imagined possible. Joseph was the one stable force that we have had throughout this process. We both want to thank" Goldwing Appliance from the bottom of our hearts for the effort that was made for us in solving this dishwasher problem. When trying to understand how Joseph accomplished this, we questioned the person that delivered the new washer about, he made the statement you are a very caring person and thats just who you are. Your actions have proved this to be true. It is rare to find someone that will go to the lengths you went to help us and we truly appreciated what you did for us. We are very happy with the new dishwasher replacement. The service people that have been to see us have also been above quality in their services. I had a refrigerator that was not cooling. I called Goldwing on Thursday, and by Saturday they had the parts in and were coming to fix it. I loved the tech Dean. He was fast and courteous. They showed up on time and promptly. The office staff was very helpful and nice. I had a pleasure speeking with Amber and Alicia, both professional and polite. Wonderful company all around! more

We had had some leakage from the washer and Goldwing Service came out very promptly, just when they said they would. The technician diagnosed the problem, cleaned the machine, and fixed it up. He even game me advice about cleaning the ducts on the drier. Overall, it was a great visit and I was very impressed with his attention and advice. Gold Wing was wonderful when we had a problem. We were referred by Spencers Appliance for our warranty service and Gold Wing sent out someone within a couple of days and they were on time, which is rare in the service industry. He came in, knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the faulty part within 15 minutes. No charge, he didn't make a mess, and he was very friendly. more

I am thrilled with this company. We referred by Spencers Appliance in Mesa where we purchased our refridgerator, after 4 years, the compressor went out on our fridge. Goldwing Appliance sent out someone who worked very hard to replace our compressor that another company told us they are too difficult and would be cheaper to buy a refridgerator. Goldwing proved them wrong, fixed my refridgerator in a timely and economic fashion. I would recommend them to anyone. more
