Family suggested I go here to sell some silverware and jewelry odds and ends. I am very happy with the good deal I got. I'm usually at work during hours that most other stores are open, but I'm happy this store has long hours so I was able to go there after work more

I went to this gold store after noticing it on my way to and from work and went to visit it to get prices on my rings. I was given a price that I thought was good, but wasn't in a rush to sell so I slept on it and went to 4 other stores to compare prices and realized that this gold store's price was the highest by $55 so I went back and they still honored their original offer even though the gold price decreased during that week. Their customer service was the most professional and courteous and I'll give them my business again. more

I heard about this local shop from word of mouth and decided to stop over to get a quote on my jewelry. They were friendly and offered me better prices than I expected compared to other shops I went to before. I am very satisfied with my experience here. I had over 80 grams of gold which I have been collecting over the years and finally decided to sell my jewelry. After shopping around all over the area which I visited over 4 stores, Gold Rush LLC was my last stop. As soon as I walked in, I was able to realize how the other stores I visited tried to rip me off. At first, I pulled out my gold ring only and asked how much I could get for this by itself just to see exactly how they operated. They offered my $80 more just or my gold ring alone. Now that is when I knew this is were I will sell everything else. All in all, I received $390 more than other stores here. I will definitely be back and recommend my family here. Honest and straight to the point. They play no games. Also, just to throw this out there, since I had a lot o gold to check and it took some time, a lady was waiting to sell a git card which I let her jump in front of me, she sold her gift card for 80% which shocked me because other places only pay half when this place pays 80%, wow! I'll be back! I don't usually write reviews, but after getting a ew hundred dollars more here, I figure hey why not :) more

I called Gold Rush after reading the many positive reviews. I spoke to a woman that told me that they pay the most for gold and gift cards. Maybe something has changed since the other reviews were left but I had a very different and negative experience. I was recently short on cash and brought 2 gold chains that I've had since I was a teenager. After a lady there checked it, she made an offer. I was surprised how little I was offered and she offered a little more. Clearly, they can pay more right off the bat if they wanted to, but chose not to with me. I felt she knew I was desperate and was taking advantage of me. I asked if the money they offered was the highest paid like I was told on the phone and she said yes. I asked why she offered to pay more when I asked for more if they pay the most and she started having an attitude right away. I said I think I'll keep the chains after all. I also brought a return merchandise credit from Macy's and Target. I accepted 60% for each. I ended up not selling the gold there, but at a jeweler in Jenkintown and got about 25% more than I would have there. I later found that I could have sold my 2 store return credit cards for more at several other places but really needed the money and didn't know better. The part that really bothered me was that they low balled me and made me have to try to negotiate with them. I would think that a place that pays the most for gold and gift cards wouldn't treat customers like that. I think the first offer should be the best offer or you're just trying to take advantage of people. more

I am a long time customer of this store ever since they opened six or seven years ago and know from my own experiences that their good reputation with everyone in the area is for good reason. Employees are well mannered and a personable bunch that treat my wife and I nicely. Their quotes are always more than I expect and when I sometimes drop in just to talk with them while waiting for my wife to get her nails done in the shopping center, they get excited talking to me even when I don't have anything to sell or buy more

Wanted to get rid of the jewelry my ex gave me a long time ago and this cash for gold paid me more than all of the others in the area. They were kind to me and even gave me a gift basket full of chocolates for the holidays before I left. They didn't have to do that, but they did and I am happy to do business with people like that. more

stopped by last week to make some money. I walked in and the men there welcomed me nicely and gave me a cold pepsi since it was so hot out. then they checked my silver and gave me a lot more $$ than I thought I could get. pretty happy and impressed here more

Having visiting every single cash for gold place in the area plus having known what I could have gotten for my gold diamond ring, I ended up selling it to Gold Rush because they surpassed my expectations and all other "deals" anyone else gave me. They paid top dollar for my ring and I have gone back to them time and time again. If you want real $$$ for your prized possessions, check this place out!!!
