Justin was right on time, thorough in his inspection and is very careful inside the house to make sure nothing gets scraped/scratched/dirty, etc. I appreciate that with my property. more

Hank was amazing. He did a great job of checking out my two garages that I am thinking of putting heaters in. He discussed different types and their pros and cons. He is a very pleasent young man and a joy to be around. I am very pleased to have had the honor to get to know him. I am a general contractor and have worked with many people over the years. Recent Service on O.A. Smith Vertex Water Heater 10/17/2019

After six months dealing with three local plumbers (at great expense) we finally reached Goettls High Desert thru Costco's Customer Kiosk. We were getting zero hot water pressure from our four year old hi-line Vertex water heater, and no one locally knew anything about it. Derik walked in, identified the fault and had it repaired within an hour and a half, at reasonable cost. Derik is our hero and we're joining Goettls Plumbing and HVAC service agreements today. more

Goettls 9/17/2019

For 2 weeks I have been sitting here in 50+humidity and thanks to a portable air conditioner have a decent temperature. I don't want to call them as our bill this time was almost $900 and the only thing that changed is the compressor does not vibrate as much. Hopefully next summer, I will find someone reliable that won't charge to fix something that isn't broken. Lennox took a month to get the part to them and that was during the hottest part of the year. A company we can trust 6/11/2019

When a neighbor's air conditioner had problems, Jeff from Goettls fixed it quickly. With that recommendation we decided we should sign up for their air conditioner/furnace maintenance plan. We are now worry free. Jeff did an excellent job and gave us good advice. more

SERVICE 2/14/2019

Justin, the service tech came out a couple times . 1st time, found our problem, ordered the part and fixed our issue with the heating. Then we had another issue with our heating unit. He came out again and found the problem and ordered the part needed. When the part came in he came out and installed the new part. Both times, he was polite, knowledgeable of the product and able to fix our heating issue in a very timely manner. What a joy to have people like him in your company. Thank you. Mrs Ellington more
