Hello, I have nothing but a great review for all of the people that we recently worked with at Goettl. Back in 2006 we were sold an air conditioner with the old freon system from the previous owners of Goettl and had multiple problems with the unit since installation BUT thanks to Goettl's owner, Dan (he bought back his company last year and restored Goettl's reputation) he had his repairmen out here last summer to make good on botched repairs. However, all crappy units have a short life span and this one lasted only 8 years. Yesterday, we had to call them for yet another repair and the service man Heron, gave us the quote and we realized that a new unit was in order. I was very skeptical given our 2006 experience, but Jimmy, their long time sales rep was honest with us and (although he said I drive a hard bargain) I think he's just a softie. Today two wonderful installers, installed our new R-410A 15 seer unit and we are cool again. \r
Based on all of the warranties, guarantees, and the promises I forced Jim to sign, I don't think we'll be having any air conditioning problems ever again. Thank you Goettl Good Guys!
