A friend referred me to Figo and said that I had to see Angie. Let me just say that I have never had such an awesome experience with a stylist like the one I had with Angie today ! I told her my issues and what I was not happy with my previous stylists, she asked me a few questions and offered suggestions that ultimately led to an amazingly fresh and natural new color and highlights I never knew would look good on me. \r Then to top it off, she explained in detail and showed me how to style it on my own and gave me tips to try different looks with the new sassy cut she gave me.\r She suggested which products to use but didn't get pushy.\r Angie does 100% of all of her own services which is not typical, most stylists use an assistant. I got the new keratin relaxer with Denise Atto andit made the biggest difference with my hair. My hair has been feeling overly dry and dull lately. Ive been using in salon treatments and masques but my hair still felt dry. That is when i made the decision on the relaxer. I have curly frizzy hair. The relaxer took the frizzyness out but I still have the curl which is what i still wanted. It has cut my blowdrying time in the morning because my problem was always finding ways to decrease the frizzyness. Its been the best decision for my hair!!!! Pros: best salon in town more

I just recently got my hair extensions done by Tamara at Figo Salon. I had never got extensions in my hair but always wanted them. I first set up a consultation with Tamara and she thoroughly went through the process and made me feel so comfortable. She uses the best extensions on the market, Great Lengths, and when I was finished it looked AWESOME. I am so happy I did it and it was well worth the cost. I've been seeing Corinne at Figo and sent in all of my family. She not only was able to work with everyone's different textured hair, but gave us all personalized looks that fit our faces and personalites. My hair dresser is Rino, he is the owner of the salon and knows exactly what I wanted done. When walking into the salon the front desk greeted me and was very attentive to my needs. Loved that! Pros: Great customer service, best haircut & blowdry ever received Cons: none come to mind more

I don’t know what the person below me is talking about because everyone at Figo is wonderful. I have a very busy schedule so it at times is hard for me to make appointments in advance. Wow! I had a fantastic experience at the Figo hair salon! \r Not only is it HIGH END and UPSCALE but the staff are friendly and make you feel really comfortable. My stylist give me a great looking hair cut and outstanding color. She also gave me consultation about the best way to keep it looking good and the right products to use. My hair looks great, I get loads of compliments and my girlfriends always ask me where did I get my hair done! Pros: Hair cuts, color, staff and atmosphere. I always have great experience at FIGO. Wendy does my hair and I am never disappointed. I ask her what's current and she always gives me new great look. I am very fashion froward and so is Wendy. She understands exactly what I am looking for. Even though I change my hair often, it never feels damaged. As a matter of fact my hair has never felt better. It upsets me all my girlfriends settle for mediocre hairdressers because they like their personality and feel like they have a connection with them, but they are not looking at the final result of their hair. I wish they would come in and see Wendy because she has IT ALL!!! I get complements everywhere I go and would highly recommend her to anyone! I absolutely LOVE this salon. Every other salon I have ever gone to made me look like a cookie cutter version of the last person coming out the front door. No one seemed to ever understand that you shouldn?t be able to SEE where your layers start and stop, etc.\r \r At FIGO, however, I have never been dissatisfied with the service, the stylists, or the end result which, let's face it ladies, is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! \r \r I have also, in the past, been afraid to let anyone apply color to my hair because of the damage I've seen other salons do to my sister, mom and girlfriends. I took a leap of faith and got color treatment, red of all colors! To my amazement, my hair WAS NOT fried --- it was actually even more silky and manageable than before. It is a great comfort to know that FIGO uses the best color technology and has many skilled stylists that will help, not hinder, your hair's quality and appearance.\r \r Finally, FIGO has a warm, welcoming quality about it. I usually would NEVER go to a salon after the gym or without make-up on. However, the staff and atmosphere at FIGO, however still upscale and fashion forward, is not uptight, dramatic or stale. As far as salon's go, FIGO is better than any I have ever gone to- and there has been a lot! Melissa, my hair stylist, is amazing and does the best color I have ever seen. I get stopped on the street constantly by people asking who colors my hair. The staff is extremely friendly and so down to earth. You feel as if every one there is a personal friend. RIno and Kristina run the salon with such verve, grace and spirit. They are very welcoming and always greet everyone with a smile. Love this salon! Would never go anywhere else!! the first time i went to Figo the color and cut amazed me and wowed me enough to go back, but by the third time my hairdresser lacked the modivation to make me look as wonderful as before and i ended up with a color i had no imput on and a cut that lost shape after a week, it costs too much money for the end result and my hairdresser (Lena) offered me a moisture treatment for my hair AFTER she had already put it in my hair and charged me for it. her assistant and her gossiped the entire time and left me in a chair for my highlights that turned out way too bright for my tastes. i recently went to another salon and the hairdresser described my highlights as ""two people doing my hair, one in the front and one in the back and they were in an argument over what to do"" my hair looked completly different after the experience\r \r the hot chocolate is good though Pros: high class, high profile Cons: parking, staff (rude), not on time more

This salon is nothing special, but should be if you look at the prices! This place is WAY overpriced for the experience you get! The front desk girls were a little rude, and the hairdresser I had was not very good. My hair was not manageable, and I left feeling like I should have got something more for the money they took from me. Overall, not a very good experience. I've had only good experiences at this salon! I've been a client for over 8 years and although I have bounced around from stylist to stylist I have finally settled down with Angie. She gives amazingly manageable haircuts and does the most natural highlights and coloring that I have ever had! Plus she's super easy to talk to and really listens to what you want before giving suggestions. The products at this salon are great too--especially Kerastase. My friend recomonded me to Mary Elizabeth, she made me feel so pampered. I love my new hair cut, and my color is perfect. She is the first sylist that actually listened to me and was able to give me exaclty what I wanted. Plus she made me laugh so hard! I am so happy!! I will always go back. OMG can I look any better!!! I love my hair more then i have ever loved it before. I have been to many salons in my life and finally I have found one that really does the job right. \r \r From the moment i walked in i was welcomed and taken into a little world of my own with a great scene of relaxsation and with people offering to be at my hand and feet. From the girls at the front desk who were always smiling. From my stylist Lena who made me stop being so affaid of coloring my hair and who was able to give me the BEST HAIRCUT a woman could ever ask for!!!!
