Glossy Clean

I have had Glossy Clean clean my home for appoximately 1 1/2 years. In that time they have broken many items, only one did they admit to and reimburse. They have also left on lights, dumped a dirty rug on a clean bed, left doors unlocked. The owner requested more chances with a promise to improve, they never did. At the last cleaning they obviously broke an expensive and sentimental item and refused to admit or pay for it. Also, the website states that they bring their own cleaning supplies...they do not. You have to provide your own and they use alot! The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because my house was clean, despite the many problems with the cleaners and company. more

My house has never been so clean since we moved in Twinsburg last year. The service offered by Glossy Clean is very professional; the crew was fantastic to work with, showed up for the cleaning service on time, worked hard and did more than what I asked for. The rates asked by them are also quite affordable. The little touches they left behind like spraying sweet smelling room fragrance, folding some of our clothes were so nice.
