I had my first massage in over a year and it was wonderful! It was relaxing, quiet, dark and the work done got some good aches out! The staff was very friendly and made sure at all times I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back! more

Below par shellac 1/18/2012

I recently had a shellac manicure and the left thumb bubbled up and started peeling the next day. She also only painted to right at the top of the white moon shaped things by the cuticles meaning it looks like it is a week into growth. Sure this is to just get you in sooner. Other than that the rest of the staff and welcome package was nice. Not worth the money spent. more

Massage 1/17/2012

I had my first massage at Gloss on Monday January 16, 2012. It was perfect my massage therapist knew just how much pressure to apply for my deep tissue massage. It was one of the best massages I have ever received! more

AHHHHHMAZING literally 1/17/2012

Their service for 1. was amazing and friendly 2. fast, easy, and pain free. I loved the environment the whole time and they were so easy to work with. I only had a little idea of what I wanted and Beth did everything PERFECT! I honestly can't describe how much I love my hair! Thank you so much everyone! The best part was is they cut my hair just how i wanted I have not had a Haircut in a while that I have really liked and i REALLY like this one! I will for sure be coming back all the time! more

Attentive & personal service! 1/17/2012

I NEVER feel rushed or hurried during my services, whether hair or brows. In fact I am always surprised when I leave to see that so much was completed in such a reasonable time frame. My stylist really listens to what I want done as does my aesthetician. And the ladies at the front desk are so on the ball, it is all just a pleasure. more

Shannon at Gloss is amazing. First she gives THE BEST scalp massages! Second she does outstanding cuts and colors. Cuts are always easy to manage and look great! Thanks for another great cut Shannon! I would recommend to anyone! more

I would highly recommend Stephanie for cut and color. She takes the time to listen to what I want each appointment, it does not feel rushed. I love the way my hair turns out. Along with her being a true professional she is very nice and fun to talk to! more

You feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door when greeted by the front desk gals. Meghan provides the most awesome facials! They are extremely relaxing. Meghan tailors each facial to my current skin condition. My skin looks fabulous! more

Salon Experience 1/12/2012

I always get great service with Gloss Salon and have recommended it to many people, however the only negative response I ever get is that the prices are too high for many people to afford to visit the salon. People feel a haircut should be a part of a color service by the time they get color, cut and condition they are spending over $100.00 dollars. In our economy many people can't afford it. more
