I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed in the service I received. When I first dropped my car off, I felt confident that I left it in good hands. I was told that my cooling fan needed to be replaced. About a day after I picked my car up, I was driving on 294-S and it suddenly went up in to smoke, which was very dangerous. I had it towed to the nearest auto shop and they found that my car's transmission line was completely severed. The line was cut by the blade of a poorly installed cooling fan. This was obviously due to the work of Glenbard Auto. I went back to their shop to report this to them and they wouldn't admit fault. They refunded me half of what I originally paid them for the repair and did not honor any of what it cost me to repair their mistake, which also endangered my life.
