My husband and I were married at Glen Island in December of 2009. Rocco immediately made us feel at ease and that we would be ""taken care of"". He followed through with every word. The space was beautifully decorated for the holidays, service was 5 star, and food was INCREDIBLE...we have not stopped receiving compliments on the Arthur Avenue italien station and carved meats at cocktail hour. Even when our reverand was running behind schedule, he calmed my nervous husband down! There is nothing they cannot handle. We would recommend them to anyone...truly a beautiful experience. Only con, I ordered a very simple cake...and the cake was made very poorly!!! Luckily my florist had enough flowers left over to cover some of the major flaws. I would order a professional cake, if you are a cake person...oh, and the cordial/international coffee/tea/pastry table was beautifully displayed but the room was not decorated so you may need to consider that!
