Glam Spa

I have been going to Glam Spa for the last few years for waxing and massage....even after moving from CT to Boston, I would wait until I knew I would be back in CT again to book anything rather than go somewhere else! My mother and aunt have both also been going there for years for waxing, massage, eyelash tinting, and my mother loves the Perfector! I've tried the Arayas here and it's amazing (also the only spa anywhere close by that offers these services). The staff is wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. When you first arrive, regardless of what service you are getting, there is a lovely sitting room where one of the girls brings you tea or cucumber water and gives you a hand massage while you wait. It's so peaceful- I would go simply to relax in that room if I could! The prices are pretty standard, but they are always offering some sort of wonderful monthly special or package deal- it's worth every penny! I'm going tomorrow to get my very first facial...always been hesitant to let anyone touch my skin because it's so sensitive but I know that Dee will make my my face glow! I absolutely love this place!! more

Never going back! I should have canceled my appointment's when I kept receiving calls from the spa asking if I could change my appointment times since this clearly showed how unorganized they are. When my masseuse came to get me she had to put me in a robe since the front desk didn't. After my massage I was suppose to get a facial. I didn't know that I had to wait a whole HOUR. When I went to complain, come to find out that the so called new owner made my appointments. That is just WRONG! If you do not have the availability, then be honest. I could have came another day but now I will never go back. more
