I am very sorry to say that I went to the Sunday Brunch at your new location in Union City on last Sunday. I dont think I have ever been so disappointed. The Brunch in the bowling ally was very uncomfortable. We were given a bright colored wristbands and sat a table that felt like it should have been for kids right in front of the bathroom with no explanation of what would happen next. Finally a server came and took our waffle order and sent us to the buffet never stating that it was all you can eat. There were servers behind the line of WIRE chaffing dishes serving very small portions of food on PAPER PLATES! Scrambled eggs that looked like they had been there for a while, bacon, sausage, and grits were the only breakfast foods other than the waffles. No smothered chicken and no omelet shation. The worst part of all is we were each charged $17.00 for this terrible dining experience. We should have recieved a free bowl or something for this amount of money, cuz it more than covered your food cost and lack of service. I will never return and pay this amount of money for this, when other brunches around the city, give double the food selections, china, silverware, glasses and all you can eat for $15-20 for real! Sorry I could not let this go unsaid, due to our poor economy it is important that we get our monies worth and a decent experience. Why did you choose to open in the bowling alley? O yeah I saw the band set up but I guess they were on break.Good thing no one was bowling we would'nt been able to hear it.
