I am in my 15th session at Get Fit Headquarters' adventure boot camp. It is a very good program that gives you everything you need, including your cardio and weight workout. If you follow the program and attend like you should, as well as follow their eating suggestions, you will lose weight and be in shape. If I wasn't seeing results I wouldn't keep going back at 5:30 in the morning.
People who quit because they say they don't see results are not following the program. If you really do what they tell you, and show up when you should, you will see results. There is no easy process to losing weight. You have to work at it and change your diet, and Get Fit tells you that.
