Penale, Jr. Tony Girasole, Sr is a Certified General Appraiser and has over 50 years experience in the appraisal and real estate field. Dom Penale, Jr is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has over 35 years in the appraisal industry and as a certified assessor. Our appraisers and staff have extensive experience in real estate appraisal, sales, consulting and management. We have various data sources, plus and in-house customized system that includes comparable sales, rentals, and income/expense information for many different types of properties. This speeds up the appraisal process and also insures reliability and consistency. We have the resources to collect analyze and present various types of information for our clients’ specific needs. These assignments have been for condemnation,financing,assessment,bankruptcy and expert witness testimony. We also can also assist municipalities with consultation and re assessment.
