Best	Superb Service We have had great service from Gilmore and their Service Technicians, especially Derek Craft, very competent and highly knowledgeable. Would recommend highly.

Whenever I had follow up questions or issues they were dealt with immediately and always resolved to my satisfaction.\r I had an AC/heater unit installed along with new ducting and insulation. Gilmore Service Technician (Brian) came out to perform routine heat maintenance. In the process, Brian discovered a situation that should have been addressed upon system installation. Brian advised me of needed repair; thoroughly explained reason repair needed and showed me old parts as they were removed. Brian is very professional and knowledgeable, at the same time being very courteous and considerate. Brian is an excellent representative for Gilmore Heat and Air, and I will continue to use Gilmore's services if Brian is an example (and I believe he is) of the company as a whole. Brian, Thank You for your excellent service and your customer service attitude.\r more

I had used Gilmore a couple of times for service on our thirty year old system, the furnace finally gave up and went terminal. I had three differant companies come out and give estimates. One guy did not even look in the attic before he gave me a bid, the other could not do anything for me until after the new years..( and lose the tax deduction!) Gilmore came out right away, did a thorough appraisal of what we needed and gave us a fair price and said they could get it done before new years. They even offered to give me a credit for the $150+ gas valve they had replaced less than a month before! Job was done on time and we love the work! Real pro's with great after sales follow up!\r more

Gilmore was very good. The young man that came in was very careful, and he definitely did a very good job. He even told me about the carbon monoxide detector, which was ticking, and he straightened that out for me. He was also very clean about coming and going from the house.\r more

This company is right on top of everything! The VERY BEST SERVICE I've had with any company. They kept in touch with us each step of the way and their calls to us were immediate. Our sales person did an excellent (no pressure) job of explaining when, and how, everything would take place. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with the best.\r more

""Gilmore Solar Heating Air Conditioning have gone out of their way to help me in the time that they have worked for me. I have been with them for a few years now. They contacted me at a time when I was not pleased with my current heating and air company, so I switched to them. I liked Gilmore immediately, and have used them ever since. Every one of them has been courteous and kind to me--the whole bit.\r Another thing I like about Gilmore is that they come through on everything they say they will do. They put a heater in last year, and it has been working great. This year, they put in a new air conditioner which I'm also pleased with. One time, when they were out for service, I had a dryer vent hose that was loose and they even fixed that for me. I'm elderly, and really do appreciate it. You won't find better service or more courteous people.""\r more

We had Gilmore come out because we had gotten a new air conditioning and heating unit and we were having problems with it taking a long time for the house to cool down and heat up. The people who put in the system put it in incorrectly. Gilmore fixed that and the results have been saving us a ton of money. It used to run all the time trying to get to the right temperature.\r more

All of the people at Gilmore Air are very nice and thorough. I referred my father to Gilmore Heating and Air. My tech Kirk was very courteous and thorough, he cleaned my 3 filters, checked on a possible issue with the heater, serviced and cleaned my air conditioner inside and out. The entire visit lasted about. 1 1/4 hours.\r more

Our experience with Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent, even better than what we were expecting. From start to finish, they were great. The salesperson didn't bore us with details that weren't relevant to us. He was open to hearing our questions and concerns. When we decided which unit we were going to get, we discussed the noise level. We needed one that was quiet as I am sensitive to noise and that was a big concern to me. We ended up up-grading and paying more for a better motor. Before they came to install the unit, I asked specifically that there be no radio or smoking at or around our house. One of the installers asked if he could play music, and I told him no. He told me it was classical music, and I still said no. I thought that would be met with major attitude. But it wasn't. He was very polite, they all were very nice and as pleasant as can be. And when they took a break to smoke, they did it away from the house as well. They were very professional, thorough and before they even got here, they called first, just as they were leaving to give us an accurate time of arrival. They would arrive on time, which was very important to us also. We have recommended them to several friends of ours. We plan on using them for maintenance in the future\r more

We were in the middle of a heatwave. Gilmore responded within 24 hrs which is unheard of in the Sacramento heat. I was very impressed with Brandon. (Diagnosed within minutes, repaired within 1/2 hr, very neat, clean, frendly, professional).\r more

Ryan did an AC tune-up. He was precise in his explanation of the work performed. Moreover, he charged precisely the amount quoted for this service. He wore a booty over his footwear inside the house and was very friendly. I would recommend him highly.\r more

Another company, after several attempts, could not figure out what was wrong with our heating system. We called Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning and they figured it out on the first visit. They repaired our system and it's working great now. Gilmore has a good reputation and they are good at working things out.\r more

We are new homeowners, and found that our unit was fairly new, but hadn't been serviced since it was installed (3 years ago). Cory did our heating unit in the fall, and was back today to service the air. Everyone is SO friendly, the service is GREAT, always on time, and answer all my questions in PLAIN ENGLISH! I would recommend Gilmore to anyone! We're batting a thousand!\r more
