Cameron performed a thorough maintenance check in my home. Everything checked out okay and Cameron was professional, helpful and informative of the service performed. Cameron informed me my filters needed replacing and suggested I order filters from them. I placed an order and now the filters will come to me instead of me having to drive around town searching for them. Once again Gilmore provided great service and I remain a satisfied customer. Thank you Cameron for a great job well done! more

Ryan Edwards of Gilmore is a top notch technician. He took the time to explain to me the problems with my HVAC unit and gave me information that probably saved the health and security of my family. He was also very helpful in giving me some pointers on what type of new units to look for. I think Ryan is a great credit to and asset for Gilmore Heating & Air. more

Gilmore Solar, Heating & Air Air Conditioner Service 9/21/2016

Service Technician Allen Suetos arrived ahead of the scheduled time to inspect and service my air conditioner. He asked what problems we had and began his inspection, explaining what he was doing as he proceeded. His inspection was exceedingly thorough and, when he was done with the inspection, explained what repairs needed to be performed and how much it would cost to complete the repairs. At my approval of his recommendations, he completed the repairs promptly. Allen was completely professional in all aspects of the inspection and repair and always used shoe coverings when inside my house. At the completion of his work, he asked if I had any other questions and answered all that I had. Thanks Allen Suetos. You did a great job, and I will definitely renew my membership in Gilmore's Emperor Service Club more

We received excellent service by Gilmore Heating and Air to repair our air conditioning unit. Derek C. was on time and explained everything about the possible problem and process to repair it. Derek was very professional and provided information about the costs to repair it. He contacted the office to see if the unit was under warranty, and ended up saving us money for the repair costs. We plan to use Gilmore Heating and Air in the future. more
