My father passed away, and Frank Gigler and Henry were very compassionate, understanding, professional, and helpful at all stages. I don't know about the circumstances with the last reviewer, but funerals ARE expensive and charges were estimated and itemized right up front. Gigler staff even discussed the costs of options that were out of their direct control (headstones, plot purchase, grave opening) and what purveyors offered the best value and service. We were persnickety with some of the details of the viewing and funeral, and they scrambled to do exactly as we had asked with no complaint. A first class operation with very personal service. more

State and federal laws require that you be shown and told (itemized list) up front of all charges, etc. This man has no integrity whatsoever, is not in the least professional and will gouge you for whatever he thinks he can get. JUST BE CAREFUL with this person, that's all I'm saying. You have been warned. more
