Hello, I am responding to this review from Kim.K. I tried my best with the porius hair that she came in with and only 3 inches of new growth. Her Hair was over processed to begin with. I told her I didnt think it was a good Idea but I will try my best. Without totally burning her hair off, I processed for a shorter time. Her hair was originally damaged in Virginia. She then, after the perm, came in to another stylist in my salon and got Highlights from Kim. This person is ruining her own hair by not taking advice from professionals.
