Giant Reef Limousine (GRL) is a San Francisco-based company that provides friendly courteous service. GRL responded promptly, by either phone or e-mail, to all of our questions. They worked very hard to accommodate our request for service from Oakland to San Francisco, and back, for ten high school senior ball attendees. GRL?s driver, Franco, was on-time in his arrival (great considering the problems we have had with the 580/880 highway exchange) and was very good about giving us updates as to where he was on the way in. Franco dropped the attendees off at their event with plenty of time to spare and we were pleasantly surprised by his unexpected call confirming the drop-off time. The return trip to Oakland went equally as well. The riders were so comfortable on the return trip that most of them fell asleep in route. The Stretch Limo we hired was well-maintained and clean, and sodas and bottled water were provided for the passengers. GRL?s hourly rates were reasonable and comparable to many other limousine companies, but what set them apart was their willingness to work with us to keep within our budget. Before hiring GRL, we called a number of their client references and found that everyone was very complimentary of the service they had received. Our personal experience with Giant Reef Limousine supported what we were told by the other clients; namely, GRL is a local entrepreneurial business focused on providing the highest level of service possible. Giant Reef is run by an cheerful and enterprising young Brazilian named Alex. He works very hard and is serious about building a transportation company with the highest service standards. He is always prompt and very reliable. His drivers are well trained, courteous and frinedly, and know the Bay Area routs and traffic patterns very well. They have Town Cars and a Stretch Limo that are all well maintained and clean, and he regularly has a fresh newspaper and bottled water. To top it all off, his rates are very reasonable, especially compared to the large transportation outfits. Giant Reef is an entrepreneurial small business with the highest levels of service and to top it off they are local, not a chain. I do not use any other car service.
