Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

Never called back! 7/18/2013

I called the G Force team to ask for help with a venting issue in my attic. The person who answered the phone acted like I was off my rocker when I told her what the problem was at my house. She said she would get a HVAC specialist to give me a call. Well, I have been waiting for weeks! Never a call! They say you can trust them with your house keys but obviously not a phone call! Very disappointed! more

Getzschman installed new furnace in my home 1/17/2013

I never go out of my way to leave reviews for anyone but Getzschman's service was above and beyond my past experiences with other companies I felt the need to sit down and do this. they gave me the best price for 90 high efficiency installed with all taxes was little over $500 less that any other company. they showed up on time, installed, cleaned up, and hauled old furnace away in matter of hours!they scheduled a second visit to my home few days later to come back and make sure it was tuned and working properly. at this point when my business, my home, my mother's home or anyone who asks if I know of good company for heating and air I'm only using/recommending one company.. Getzschman's....thank you for great work more

Excellent experience. 11/13/2012

Getzschman Heating has been doing my heat and air conditioning for a few years now. They come and service the system twice a year and make sure everything is fine. Their service is always satisfactory. more

I feel like I got my money's worth. 11/6/2012

I've had two furnaces put in by Getzschman Heating in the last 90 days. One was a very expensive heat pump, and the other was a residential furnace. They do outstanding work. I was so impressed with the heat pump that I called them when I needed another furnace installed in the other building. They did a great job. They were clean, knowledgeable, helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you know what they're doing. The last thing they do is ask you if you have any questions. I think that's a great marketing tool. They also ask if there's anything else they can do for you, which is also a great marketing tool. They go out of their way to help you solve problems, which is a hard thing to find these days. They're some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. more

They do a good job. We had a contract with them for a while where they would come out and check the furnace and air conditioner. They always did an excellent job. Just recently they put a new furnace and air conditioner in for us. We're very happy with them. more

Off the scale 10/29/2012

Getzschman Heating installed our new furnace earlier this year. The installers were very good. This was the second furnace we've had installed in the house and the way the pipes and everything was put together, this furnace looks much better than the previous one. One of the gentlemen showed me how the thermostat worked. It was actually a fun experience. They have a good handle on what it is that they're doing. Now that the cold weather has arrived, the furnace is running and we are very happy with it. more
