Fair, Understanding Attorney with Great Morals and Ethics 1/18/2018

Attorney Melletz has been my Attorney for about 8 years. Prior to him - I have had experience with lawyers that do not return calls. Do not follow up and definitely didn't deliver in court as expected and as advised. Attorney Melletz has an extraordinary memory. He will understand your case and go over it thoroughly. If the opposing Attorney/(plaintiff or defendant) isn't honest - as long as you arm Attorney Melletz with the truth/facts and any supporting documentation - he will do everything legally and by the book to have your issue addressed. He will be honest, fair and unbiased & truthful on the possible outcomes. I owe him my life for what he has done for me. I am sure he would do the same for anyone that retains him as well. more

Great Attorney 5/18/2017

Andy Cohen did an amazing job helping me on the closing and contracts related to a home purchase. He not only help me with the public and legal issues but also referred me to fantastic inspectors, realators, and mortgage brokers. With his help I was able to purchase the house at a significantly lower expense than expected! more

Over charged 6/3/2011

Had a contract 39 page contract reviewed and told it would not take more than an hour but they requested a retainer. I paid the retainer and was told I would get a refund and than two weeks later received a statement stating, they wanted to charge me more. These guys are CROOKS SMALL BUSINESSES STAY AWAY!!! more
