Triode™ Headlamp fails 10/1/2010

2010-10-01 Just bought Triode™ Headlamp. It did not work out of the box. The battery holder didn't touch the other circuitry keeping the lamp out of power. I bent the battery holder clip and lamp started to work. Downside is that battery does not fit in properly anymore. Poor mechanical design Can't blame the chinese manufacturers for that. And too bad that lifetime warranty does not include design. The material and workmanship is included but this isn't either case. Otherwise the circuitry is ideal giving light with only one 1.5V battery - if you get it running. more

A fantastic knife company 8/10/2005

These guys know how to make knives. They carry a large line of quality knives of all styles. They back their knives with a great warrenty, so if anything breaks or they need sharpening take them back to the company. Their knives are sold all over the US and are available right here in Portland, check them out for a good inexpensive quality blade! more
