When the power in our living room went out a day before a scheduled event at our house, we freaked. Unable to enjoy our house without lights and entertainment in our most used room, we called Gentec Services.
Sean showed up a few minutes early for the delivery window (I was frantically vacuuming), which was very surprising. He was neat, polite, professional, and got right to work. I know my husband stayed close by, both to answer any questions and try to learn, but Sean didn’t seem to mind. He quickly went about diagnosing the problem. He ended up fixing not only the outage we had in the living room, but two dead outlets in the kitchen we had lived around for years.
Sean was amazing. Life after he left was immeasurably better. It was amazing. We were so sorry we hadn’t called sooner. My husband raves about them to any and everyone.
