Made the experience of buying a home more special 9/13/2009

I used Genesis Home Inspection to perform the inspection on my new home this year and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work performed and in the report. Richard was my inspector and he was very informative as we did the walk through the home and he took his time to explain everything in detail. The report was very detailed which included quailty pictures. The prices are also very reasonable. I refer Genesis Home Inspection to anyone buying a home. I've been in real estate for over ten years, and I only use Genesis Home Inspection for my clients. I've known Richard for many years and never had a problem with him or with the reports. A 6 Year Old Can Do Better 9/9/2008

Richard was flexible with his times, however was rude and obnoxious most of the time during the inspection. He had originally promised a DETAILED report along with PICTURES and all we got was a printed page that looked like something from a preschool with very vague comments on them.
