I hired them to help my grandparents and the caregivers just sat in the house all day watching TV. When I told the manager about what happend, he told me that is the service that they provide. He called it companionship. For $27 an hour, I can watch TV with my grandparents. Avoid like the plague.
Pros: If you like wasting money, this is the place for you.
