My experience with this so-called business was indisputably the worst transaction of my entire life. From start to finish, Scott had my computer for over 10 weeks. There was a 3 week period in which he kept telling me he would be bringing my system over and not only did he not deliver, he completely blew me off. Not a phone cal or text to say he couldn't make it. Nothing. When I finally did get my system back it failed within the first few days. Now I'm stuck, my money is gone and so is my computer system.
When I called him back to request my money back he was rude, hung up on me several times, would not let me state my case and insisted that he was in the right. This has been a nightmare.
If my experience is even remotely typical, I have no idea how this idiot stays in business. DO NOT CALL THIS GUY! I literally cannot say enough bad things about the Geek Zone.
