Gauntt, Koen, Binney & Kidd, LLP, was founded in 1998 by Chad Gauntt, a lawyer who began his career in one of the largest law firms in the country: Fulbright and Jaworski, LLP. His goal was to channel his experience and energy into a small firm environment, avoiding the conflicts and overhead inherent in large firms. We have grown to be a large independent law firm in The Woodlands and have expanded to Magnolia and Dallas.
We are a truly local practice, not merely a window office for a large city firm. As such, we care about our community and our clients.
