Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I have shopped many dealerships in the Brevard County area for quite some time looking for future purchases for my two daughters first cars along with plans to buy new vehicles for myself and my wife. What I found compared to other counties were high prices and attitudes, until I met Mike Gorycki at Gator Automotive off of Nasa Blvd in Melbourne. Mike was very genuine and honest with the whole purchase of the vehicle from start to finish. I am a business owner and the one thing we look for in our employees is how they treat our clients for repeat business and I would have to say that the whole team at Gator Automotive from Mike to his manager Mike was very professional and that it was a very smooth purchase. I would like to mention Maryann Higgins in the warranty department. She is the finance manager for Gator Automotive and has been there for over 23 years which tells me this is a place that takes care of their employees. Her professionalism and attention to detail with my paperwork and questions on the warranty was outstanding and the deserves a shout out from the Rinderknecht family. So here's the the Gator family! Bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, like new, awesome. Got a good price and was treated very well by everybody from the salesperson all the way through the finance lady.. There was no pressure whatsoever. I would highly recommend Gator! more

I don't usually write reviews, but I am so angry at the service that I got at this dealership. My husband took our minivan to the shop and it sat in the shop all week waiting for a part. Finally when he went to pick up the car, it cost us almost $1,500.00 and the mechanic directed my husband to a car salesman who was determined to sell my husband a new car, even though my husband told him "no" repeatedly over the phone and in person. Not only was the price excessively high, but the mechanic said he "nickeld" and "dimed" it to boot! Don't go to this dealership!!! more

Bought a used car with warranty from Sunshine Dodge in Jan 2008. Sunshine kept car a week to cleanup and repaint hood., said they guaranteed the paint on hood or would repaint for us. 5 months later hood is peeling 2Ft x 2Ft and Sunshine Dodge said We would have to Pay for repainting(Big Bucks). Beware! This dealership maybe quick in diagnosising the problem, but thru our experience we found it to be incorrect and only in business to make a buck. The problem we came in for wasn't fixed and we were told it was an entirely different problem. At the time we were under warranty,but now that the problem was never fixed we are not under warranty and experiencing more problems. This dealership is not any futher help to us unless we have more money to dish out. My advice is to seek another dealership if you want a quality car. more

YOU NEVER WANT TO HAVE A NEED TO USE A REPAIR COMPANY FOR ANYTHING ESPECIALLY YOUR CAR. THE REASON WE LIKE SUNSHINE IS THEY DO HAVE GREAT MECHANICS AND THE INTAKE PEOPLE ARE GREAT. WE ALWAYS USE ONE PERSON THERE ROBBIE S. HE GETS THE CARS IN AND OUT AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE AND ALWAYS KEEPS YOU INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF YOUR VEHICLE. I THINK THAT IS A GREAT ASSET.
