I bought my car in 1991 and started taking it to the Gateway at the Mitsubishi dealer, where John was the mechanic. When he moved his shop, I continued going to him, even though it was farther away from where I am, in Bend. He is the only one who has ever worked on my car.
I continue to use John because of his attention to detail. He is a perfectionist and extremely knowledgeable. All of the work that he has done for me has been good if not better than I expected.
When a car is 18-years-old, you expect problems to reoccur, but with my car, the problems have not come back. Everything that John has fixed has remained fixed.
When you spend money on a car, you need to know that the car is in good hands. It is like finding a good doctor. John is honest and sincere. He is always right in-line with his estimates and there are never any hidden fees.
