I have always received beautiful flowers, excellent service and Gary's gift for creativity from Gary's Fleur de Lis. They have taken care of DCHS Senior Band flowers for the first time, which became a tradition for many years. He has decorated wedding receptions, showers, parties, and helped to make our weddings beautiful. My floral gifts were the envy of my co-workers for years. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 3/10/2012

From the old lady in the front who argued for 20 minutes that there are only 3 types of purple flowers.... to the quality of the products to the rudeness of Gary to not care about his customers, my experience at Gary's was horrific. Spent over $300 and they got the order all wrong due to the horrible customer service from the older lady up front who insisted she was right. Refused to fix anything or even care that we were dissatisfied. Sad thing is... they have no idea how much contact we have with the public from 2 very popular businesses. We WILL spread the word. Word of mouth is super powerful. They will lose business. more

DEAD PLANTS 1/16/2012

My father recently passed and we received several arrangements and planters from this florist. We sent several back due to the fact that the plants looked as if they came off the clearance rack at LOWES where they discount all dead plants. One should be a shamed to sent out plants like that specially during a time like this. I would not recommend this Florist to anyone.... more

BEST FLORIST IN TOWN 2/11/2011

They have the most unique arrangements in Owensboro. If you want something elegant and above the ordinary, this is the florist to call. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have been my families florist for years. They also did my daughter's wedding, and the comments I got were "awesome, unique, beautiful". I always look forward to seeing what Gary will create! The arrangements definitely stand out from the rest. Extremely happy with all of their work over the years!!! more

I order flowers all the time from Gary's and they have never failed to delight. Gary's has never once let me down and I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

failed delivery. 5/9/2010

Totally dropped the ball and missed delivering flowers to my mother on mother's day. I called the Friday before; and I realize they were busy; but this was unacceptable. They called my Mother Saturday and said they had a delivery; then failed to show up. My card was charged but no flowers delivered. more

Not a better florist in Owensboro 5/22/2009

I have had many dealings with Gary's Fleur De Lis. Each time I have been extremely happy with what I ordered. Gary's did a beautiful spray for my Father's funeral. I would recommend using them for any occasion. The staff is professional and helpful in any needs you have. more

Flowers for my dear Aunt's funeral 2/21/2008

I ordered my planter (for my aunt's funeral - Mary Shepherd) from my florist in Louisville, Ky. Living out of town and having to have something ordered without seeing it, was a bit scary. \r \r But all i can do is say, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! The planter was absolutely beautiful and you made it perfect with the cardinals in it that i had requested.\r \r I want to say thank you again, it was more beautiful than i had ever dreamed! Thank you for making a difficult time easier! more

Roses 7/10/2005

They have the best roses in the city. They also have many of the other flowers. a great place to get flowers. friendly staff and reasonable prices. Good florist! more
