Let me tell you about a super car dealership. The people at Crossley were just unbelievable I had the pleasure of working with several different people. Starting with the group that makes appointment, then the sales staff, through the aftermarket group. They were there to answer my questions. They took the time to explain everything and did not push. My wife and I were just overwhelmed by their attitude. Too Good To Be True 4/30/2012

I had a pleasurable experience with Gary Crossley this past week. I had the privilage to work with the knowlegable sales staff. They treated me as their only customer, took their time and showed me options and we were able to come to terms that met my families need. Though I had hesitations on how this was going to work out, they were friendly, fast, respectful and very kind to my wife and I. Thanks guys, no doubt, I will be back! more

I enjoyed buying my truck from you guys over the weekend. Toby was amazing! He really went the extra mile, and I shopped you guys and he still got me the best deal in the tri State area. 2012 Ford Flex, It's AWESOME!!!! 4/29/2012

My wife and I picked up our brand new Ford Flex this weekend, and let me tell you, it is AWESOME. The entire experience was great from the start. We were greeted by Grant Curnow, and unlike most other Ford dealers we went to, Grant was very friendly and fun to deal with. He listened to my wife and I, about what we were looking for in our next vehicle, and actually took the time to show us both New and Used vehicles. After looking at a few vehicles, we finally landed on a Brand New Ford Flex SEL. Not only do I feel we decided on the right vehicle, but I feel like we got the right deal as well. The trade in process was just as easy. We used the Autotrader TIM system set up on the showroom floor and we received the money we wanted for our trade without a hassle. Now on to paying for this AWESOME new Flex. Once we agreed on the price, we were quickly walked back to Ricky in the Finance Dept., where he told us about the unbelievable Service plan where we will have $0.00 out of pocket for the next 7yrs. What a great deal!! I have to say from start to finish, this was the best overall buying experience my wife and I have every had. You can expect to see us the next time we are looking. Thanks to Grant, Todd, Ryan and Ricky for making it so easy. more

I have had a great relationship with Gary Crossley Ford over the years. I like the fact that their team from sales to service have been there a long time and I have been able to build a relationship with them. Its nice to walk into a dealership and have multiple people say hello to you by your first name. I have purchased 2 cars from them so far and will be purchasing a third soon. Great Experience every time I go and wonderful people to deal with. more

Feels like part of the family... 4/27/2012

In my experiences with Gary Crossley Ford I always feel like part of the family. I know it sounds silly in todays fast paced world but their continual follow up and fair treatment keep me informed and coming back again and again. Whether its coming in for service, a factory recall or to buy a new car the staff always seems to know my name and treat me like they care. Now they've even started texting me when the work is complete on my cars. I'd recommend these guys to everyone- Truly A Great Experience Every TIme! more

Sincere Service from a group of GREAT people 4/27/2012

I recently was shopping for a new vehicle because of a new member of our family that was born a few months ago. I was working with a gentlemen by the name of Toby Bunton who was extremely helpful as well as accommodated all of my needs. I travel quite a bit for my job and he sent me all of the information I requested via the internet. This went on for several weeks. I never waited on him for anything. The Saturday afternoon when my family showed up for our appointment Toby greeted my family as if we had known us for years. The entire process far exceeded my expectations. They have earned my bussiness for a lifetime. Thank you to Crossley Ford for your sincere and excellent experience. My 5 year old asks me when can we go back.... Look out. Our new Expedition is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you again. more

I had a wonderfull experience buying a car from Gary Crossley Ford. I never stepped into the dealership until I picked up the car. I am an internet buyer so I did my research and then contacted 4 dealerships. Only Gary Crossley Ford could handle my questions in a timely and honest manner. The other Ford dealers gave me the run around when they got back to me and in most cases it was days after I asked a question. Toby Bunton (Internet Manager) was timely, accurate & honest. I would recoment GC Ford to anyone looking to buy a car. more

Best Car Buying Experience 4/27/2012

I had an awesome experience when buying my 2003 Mazda 6 from them. They were very friendly and accommodating and answered everyone of my questions. I was pretty thorough and had quite a few questions. Once i decided on the vehicle they helped explain some of the paperwork since it was my first car. I never felt any pressure from them to buy any ad ons to the car, and they never tried to up sell me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone i knew. It's a great place with an even better atmosphere! more

Loved my experience! 4/27/2012

I recently bought a 2012 Ford Escape from Gary Crossley Ford. I live out of town, and was referred to them by some co-workers. Toby was wonderful, getting me in the vehicle I wanted, in my price range. When I arrived at the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up my truck, it was dark and raining, so I couldn't see everything well. The next morning I found a crack in the windshield. They got my windshield replaced the next day. They have followed up with me multiple times to make sure I am happy with my truck (Which I am - I love it!), that I know how to use the technology available for it, and even to make sure I had my servicing schedule lined up. I won't be getting my service done there, as it's too far away, but that didn't matter to them. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Gary Crossley Ford to anyone in the Kansas City area, and even further away like myself. I've bought a few vehicles in my life, and this was one of the shortest visits I've had to get the deal done. It truly was a positive experience. more

I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! 4/27/2012

I commute into KC and needed a dependable car that gets good gas milage. As many people now do, I have less than desirable credit, and knew that it was going to be difficult to get financed. I was wrong!!! Toby found the perfect car for me, and Ken was able to make the financing so easy! I've never purchased a car without spending hours in the dealership. They had me driving my new car in a half hour!!! Now I love my commute - I'm saving money, driving a newer car, and actually return all my phone calls now because I have SYNC. Before I dreaded every bit of the drive. Thank you Gary Crossley!!! more

A Great Surpise!! 4/27/2012

I am not a very good car shopper and it took me weeks to figure out what I wanted in a car and then another week or so to find out who I was actually going to go to. I wanted to do the research online, but one of my friends recommended Gary Crossley Ford. Turns out, they were close and I was able to find the car I wanted on their website. I filled out a little form to get an estimate on my payments and got a call freaky fast! So, long story short, I got to the dealership and had the fastest, easiest car-buying experience ever. They even let me test drive a couple of cars that I was interested in. :) It never hurts to dream and I might as well get ideas, since I'm sure I'll be going back when I'm ready for my next car! more

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! 4/27/2012

I usually don't write reviews but I had the best car buying experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer. I knew about the vehicle and I knew exactly what I wanted, so I really didn't need to be sold on the car, I just wanted a good deal. I shopped the 2 other ford dealers, shawnee misson and throughbred and was shocked at the trade value they gave me and really didn't offer me any incentives on the new vehicle. I was so happy when I went to Gary Crossley ford, they gave me a fair price for my trade, gave me a great discount on the explorer I wanted and didn't try to talk me into a different vehicle and were very nice about it. I didn't feel any pressure and they made it easy to purchase it. I didn't have to stay all day, they were quick with the paperwork and gave me a great review of the technology in the car. I also have free car washes whenever I want!! Anyway, they have way more cars than the other dealers and I'm referring everyone that asks about my new explorer which I love! Best Service I have ever received from a dealership 4/27/2012

I just moved to the Kansas City area and needed new tires and brakes on my Scion XB. I noticed a Ford tire sale on television and Googled ""Ford Dealerships"" where Gary Crossley Ford popped up. I took my car to Crossley and purchased 4 new tires and had my bake pads replaced. Service was great. From the moment I called in to get an appointment to the moment I picked up my car. I was not aggressively up sold nor asked to purchase anything my car some how at that moment ""needed"" This may have just been a service appointment but I can guarantee you my next vehicle purchase will be from Gary Crossley Ford. more

Something to think about..... 9/28/2011

Something to think about as a customer is how employees are treated by the company you're trying to do business with. When employees are treated badly how can a business expect them to treat customers any better? Gary Crossley's Service Techs are _NOT_ paid 'straight time- like a REAL job does! They are paid by what is called ""flag time pay""...google it and see what you find. ;) This means that they are only paid for time that they are actually making the company money by actively fixing on someone's vehicle. Otherwise the time they are required to be at the work site and are not actively fixing a vehicle they don't get paid for. This encourages them to find yet MORE wrong with a vehicle so they can make more hourly money themselves in order to just pay their bills! THINK about that.... Those techs who can not stay busy enough to put in the 40 hours of the time required to be 'on duty' actually fixing vehicles are only ""guaranteed"" by the union to be paid for at least 28 hours. This was _NOT_ explained to an acquaintance of mine before wasting 10 solid weeks going through a tenuous hiring process and while actually on the job only clearing that 28 hours of 'guaranteed' time waiting to actually make the money promised in the very beginning.. At the end of this time this person was ""Laid Off"" by Gary Crossley Ford due to lack of work that Gary Crossley Ford was supposed to provide in the first place. This lead to financial disaster for this person!!!!!! Moral to this story, Gary Crossley Ford not only misrepresents themselves to customers but also potential employees. Unhappy employees create unhappy customers. Therefore, stay completely away from Gary Crossley Ford as both a customer and a potential employee if you wish to be treated like a human being instead of a simple money machine. more
