On tuesday, April 28, 2009, one of your officers stopped my sons and their wives as they returned home. the reason given by the officer was that they had OUT OF STATE plates. Sounds like a Louisiana stunt to me.\r
There is no way to apologize to them for their inconvenience but out of state plates are not a reason to be stopped anywhere in this great nation except in a back water ""you're in a heap of trouble Boy"" town. I have been through Garrison many times in the past 30 years and never even seen a police officer. Do you have an explanation? Or should I say a GOOD explanation. If your officers are that bored find them something else to do.....
