excellent company you can trust 1/4/2018

heating went out and garland htg/ac rep weston powell made service call and fixed. i use this company to service my htg and ac and they are reasonable and fair wih costs and honest about needed repairs. They have 5 star rating and i highly recommend. more

AC repair 9/1/2015

Our AC has not been cooling very well most of the summer but today it would not get below 79-80. Called Garland Heating & Air about 3:30, they were here in less than 2 hours and EMILIO the repairman was excellent. Was low on Freon and was very reasonable on cost. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC repairs. more

Awesome!! Efficient and great customer service 4/2/2015

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. I called Garland Heatinf and Air Conditioning based on reviews. I knew I didn't want to go with a major company because they usually get real bag by doing people over, in my opinion. Our unit was OLD and we knew we were going to have to buy a new one. We had a major leak. These guys got us up and running with in days and I thought I got a good deal on our AC I knew they were going to be expensive, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Plus they worked with me on payment. We have nice cold air now! Dave and Emillio were great! more

The best company I've ever worked with! 6/11/2014

We've used Garland Heating and Air Conditioning Co. twice and if you want an honest and forthright company....CALL THEM. They saved us a fortune when the home warranty company we had sent out an air conditioning repair company and they told us we needed a new air conditioner. Something didn't feel right and I called Garland Heating & Air. Our air conditioner was in great working condition and all we needed was new batteries in our thermostat!!!! more

Garland heating and air is a good company with great techs however the office manager is not that great. The old hag that calls herself the account manager is mean and just down right rude If you need any office assistance I feel sorry for you more

BEST QUALITY, SERVICE, HELP, AND HOMETOWN FEEL I'VE EVER HAD 5/8/2012

Ive owned my business for 5 years and my home for 15, I have never had the service of any service in my home or business like I had with Garland Heating and air! The quote was unbeatable, the service came out an hour before they estimated and they were done quicker then I could count, on my business and home they have been loyal, trustworthy and they have been promising to me with warrantees and repairs no matter what has happened, they call to ask how it is holding up and even sent me a THANK YOU CARD! Helping when needed 2/10/2011

This company went above and beyond to help my daughter. Her furnace had not been running properly for 2 years. She didn't know where to turn. Then we contacted Garland Heating and Air. They were able to fix the unit for her. They responded quickly and did a perfect job! Thank you so much! Great customer service! more

Great, efficient work. Great, efficient unit. 2/1/2011

We needed a new air conditioning and heating unit, so we called Garland Heating and Air Conditioning Co. We live in Garland, and we like to support local business. They were really nice when they came out, recommending only what we needed. We needed extensive duct work done, replacing soft ducts for harder ducts. They quoted a price we had no trouble agreeing, and their work was efficient. They did a great job. No air unit is cheap. We got what we paid for, and are pleased with the work. My husband goes into the attic often to work. He is an engineer and has very high standards, and so far he has no complaints about the duct work they did. We were very pleased with Garland Heating and Air Conditioning Co. There have been no problems with the new unit so far. It is efficient and runs well, and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend them. more

Superior service. 12/16/2010

I use Garland Heating and Air Conditioning for my residence and for my company. Their service is superior. I call them and get same-day service, usually even same-hour service. Just recently when I called them David said they were really busy because of the cool weather, but a technician still showed up at our business within 30 minutes. I have been using them about 5 years. I have never had an issue with their work. When it comes to customer service it seems like it is not out there anymore. Garland Heating, from the first experience with my residence when they put in a new unit, has been nothing but excellent. I have recommended other customers to them. Richard J. Reputable company that has been around a long time. 12/13/2010

Garland Heating and Air Conditioning Co. replaced our air conditioning unit, heater, and all the duct work. I felt like they did a very good job and were very respectful of our home during the process. It was our first time using Garland Heating, and everything is working fine. I was very pleased to be dealing with them, and I will recommend them to my friends. more

Low prices mean low service 9/26/2007

Just because it is a low price, does not mean it is good. Be careful. My neighbor had them out and they really messed up their A/C unit guessing what went wrong. So, I told them to call my A/C guy, and it cost them more, but he got it fixed the first time. It was a loose wire, NOT the Compressor!!!!! A low service fee means these guys are not trained right. more
