When we hired Garcia's Plumbing to do a job we had a verbal agreement that they would hold a post dated check for four days. They didn't keep their end of the contract. When we contacted them about the check being deposited early with no regard to the verbal agreement, they first apologized and completely claimed fault for the situation. Then, when we asked for the situation to be rectified, they were absolutely horrendous and claimed it wasn't their fault and they would not be helping us in any way. When we tried to call back after being hung up on, we were told we had the wrong number and then our phone number was blocked. We are appalled at the low level of customer service and cannot believe that a business would treat anyone this way. We would never recommend this company to anyone and feel sorry for anyone who uses their services.
