Wish I would have found you folks 5 years ago...LOL 7/2/2013

Their service was quick and very polite. Our pulley for our garage broke off,broke and the garage door didn't have sensors on it when we bought the house!! The technician came out and fixed the complete motor and set us up with sensors! Thank you for taking great care of our garage door! more

Found Garage Doors Service Chapel Hill NC through just a couple of reviews that live either here, or google maps. Really happy with my experience. Spoke with him and had tech over for an estimate within an hour of my first call. Prices were right, and these guys are very easy to work with, and very professional. The work was done on time, as promised, and looks great! If you're thinking about a garage door, check 'em out. Thanks guys. more

Won't let anyone work on my door but these 6/19/2013

I had you guys out to install my new garage door. I got a door about a year ago, and just never had it installed. And so I was looking at the old door, and finally decided to call you guys and get you out to install it. He came on a thursday, and they came in the morning, and was finished by noon. It was one guy and he did an amazing job. I was unsure if he was able to finish it by himself, but he did. Got it done and did a damn good job. Thank You so much. more

Great response. Tech, is very experienced. He evaluated the garage door problem quickly and accurately and was up-front on estimate for repair. Job finished quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price. Work is guaranteed. Would definitely hire him next time a problem arises. more

Customer service was awesome 5/31/2013

Technician came out to repair my broken springs. I called the night before, and was able to get him out to my house the very next morning. I was very pleased with the prompt service. He was on time, and didn't waste anytime getting to work. Took him maybe an hour and a half tops, and he was out of there. Door has been working fine, and i appreciate the fine work. more

I couldn't afford most companies because of the economy so when I found this company I was so glad they had great prices. A crashed into my garage a few months ago and I was panicky thinking it would cost a fortune but it didn't and I got such great service in return. more

I would defiantly do business with them again. They have been great by giving me a great price for my new garage door with insulation. I know most companies would charge a lot more and I felt this company was very honest with me. I’m glad I went with my feelings about this one. more

I Know Garage Door Chapel Hill NC were recommended by a friend of mine to put in some new garage doors for me. Thomas did the work, and he was very professional. He came out on time, and had the work completed in a timely manner. On a scale of one to ten, the end result was a ten. I would recommend him to anyone. more

I had a garage door that couldn’t close and would open again when I tried to close it. I didn’t know what the problem was and called them. They were very friendly and were able to have someone come very fast to fix my garage door. I was also happy about the pricing. more

Called in the am and set up an apt for 5:30pm - they arrived on the dot and fixed everything in 30 mins - professional, courteous and knowledgable. While there are 2-3 companies in this space reviewed on web and who have a 5 star average, I chose Garage Doors Service Chapel Hill NC because they were available the quickest and took credit cards. I would use these guys again.... more

We hired Garage Doors Service Chapel Hill NC to install a new garage door around August of 2009. They arrived when scheduled, went the extra mile installing, and did a nice job of testing the door after installed. This is a well run company. I would use them again. more
