Much to my amazement I called this garage door replacement & installation company because I wanted to have some new garage doors installed. Problem was; I didn't have a clue what I wanted. They told me not to worry they would help me in the process. They sent a tech to my home and they showed me every option under the sun. They had a variety of styles, designs and materials. Highly recommend. Doron worked on my garage door two years ago and I was impressed. It was still working but a cable was hanging down all of a sudden so I gave this garage door company a call. They came out within two days, told me exactly what time to expect them and showed up when they said! Doron looked at it and said a cable had simply come unhooked. He checked out the whole system since he was there and fixed the light (which had stopped working). No charge since I was a repeat customer and the fix was so small, I certainly wasn't expecting that! I won't use anyone else. On my first service call Steven installed a keypad opener and fixed a broken cable/spring and replaced the round doo-dahs that run on the track. He recommended I not replace my garage doors (after another company said they needed to be replaced which would have been uber expensive). I first called this garage door company based on all the positive reviews, I wasn't disappointed. Honest, Fair and Super Competent...couldn't ask for anything better. more

My boyfriend works for a construction business and he has always had his own men work on our house if we ever needed anything done. About a month ago, we decided to replace our garage and install a new garage door. So we called his men, but they did an awful job. I was devastated. My garage door was out of balance and clanking and swaying dangerously. I looked to the internet for referral and called Steven. He said he could be out within the hour, and he was. He did an excellent job of repairing, balancing and doing a thorough check of the entire system. He made it more sturdy and safe. The garage door lifts and balances perfectly. I think the price of $95 was fair for the amount of work done. more
