Eli was absolutely fantastic. He asked me to send him some pics of my door damage, which helped him get me the estimate even faster. Though I had used another garage door repair company here in LV before, their estimate was prohibitively expensive. John did the same work for $800 less ---- he was on time, respectful, and honest about the cost of materials. You can't put a price tag on that!!! more

I really wish I would have contacted then sooner than I did. My garage door was falling apart and I needed someone to come over quickly and fix it before it did. I called this company- and they showed up the same day. They saved me a headache of having to deal with it by myself, and saved me a hole in my pockets by providing the best deals! You should call them today for great deals on repairs and replacements! more

Called to have the springs repaired 11/26/2014

Needed a broken spring repaired. Called in the early afternoon, and they sent someone right away, since it would take Hercules to open the door when a spring is broken. Not only did the gentleman replace the spring, but he looked over the entire door and opening mechanism, made multiple minor adjustments, lubricated everything, and gave excellent advice on how to better maintain the door. We've been in the house for 30 years and had the door worked on many times, but no one ever gave as much service or advised me on how to take care of the equipment to improve it's longevity. I highly recommend these people!! more

Excellent work, Eli was willing to send someone out the same day in the evening, because I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I told him I could wait until the next day. The tech arrived on time the next day (a Saturday, with no extra charge) took a look at our problem and gave his recommendations with total price. I took his advice and in an hour the work was done at a reasonable price. more

the best customer service 8/8/2014

When my tenant called me to inform me of a broken garage door, I did not think too long and chose this garage door company to fix the broken cable. The technician arrived on time and was amazingly friendly, efficient and thorough. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also tried to even out the garage door to make it perfect. It is not very often that one finds such fabulous customer service and has such a warm, friendly and hard working staff! We will definitely recommend this garage door company to our friends!! Thanks, for a great job! more

i wish most companies where like this one 8/4/2014

We tried to fix the garage door ourselves. We shouldn't have wasted the time. (We were about to replace the whole unit.) Dealing with Steven this garage door company was so easy. He and his assistant, John, fixed the problem in one hour. Replaced a broken part for just over $100, and adjusted the rails, and lubed the springs and all hinges. All work warrantied for one year. Money well-spent. Honest, VERY hard-working. I wish more people were this self-directed and helpful. more

I have called a few times for service 7/19/2014

I have called a few times for service and every time has been excellent. Always same day service. Yesterday, the technician was running late, but I received phone call updates, which was appreciated. When Mike arrived in the evening, he assessed the problem and recommended the lower cost fix, as opposed to replacing the unit. He completed the work quickly and was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company garage door services. more
