The door makes really loud noise sometimes when opening all the way, making me feel unsafe. Not sure how long the springs are going to last, or if the door is compromised by them. more

The tech arrived during the house door, replaced the 2 broken springs, and lube'd it up.  Turns out the garage door had been operating at about 50% the entire time we've lived here more
