Gano's Power Equipment

I am a woman and went to Gano's to purchase some yard equipment. Tony from Gano's assisted me with my purchase. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the models and advising me on what equipment would work best for me. After my purchase he spent the time to go over how to operate the equipment and maintain it. I just tried out my new STIHL weed whacker with the circular saw blade. Wow it worked great. I am very pleased! No more pulling everything up by hand and cutting down sapling by sapling. Wish I had purchased this a long time ago. I feel comfortable that I can bring my equipment back to Gano's if I have a problem or if I need warranty work done. Thank you Gano's for helping me enter the world of power tools. more

Been doing business with them for years. Quality work but you have to call to get them to respond. I would drop of my tractor and parts and not hear from them for a couple of weeks. Then I would call and it would be like , oh yeah we will get that done today. Then a few days later work is done. pricing is fair and work is great. more

we own commercial lawn mowing equipment. we buy at gano's because whenever we have a problem or breakdown it is always corrected immediately. we need our equipment to make our living. great place to do business. more

I brought in my 5 year old lawnmower for service, it was running very poorly. It was fixed on time, with clear communication in regard to the problem and the cost (reasonable). No problems at all. S. Inglis more

My husband and I brought our lawn mower into this place and for a tune up and it stalled when getting it into the truck. The guy tried to tell us that it was like that but clearly it wasn't. Only after my husband found the problem and talk to the manager did they agree to have it fixed. I was also unhappy at the way the salesman talked directly to my husband and only my husband when we were trying to buy a new lawn mower. I think that this is an area that they could improve on (women make money, too). I would like to say that the lawn mower was fixed, the mechanic did something to a belt or something. more
