I just want to let those in charge know a few things about the employees for Gamestop. On May 27th, the Roanoke store employees (in Valley View Mall with Stephanie and Nick) were incredible. They were very helpful in letting me and my family know our options in purchasing a PS3, games and controller. When they could not make they sale in Roanoke, Stephanie called the Lynchburg Store(Wards Crossing) and asked them to put the products out and that I would be by in the morning to pick them up. When I got to the Gamestop at Wards Crossing, I was told by their employees that they took the call as a prank (even though I listened as Stephanie mad a very professional call with her request. They told me that they did not have the products and were no help to me trying to get them. From their store, I called Stephanie at the Roanoke store, who appologized for their actions and told me to go across the street to the other Lynhburg Gamestop (3911 Wards Rd ) and that she would call over ther and have everything done and ready when I arrived. I left the Wards Crossing store and went across the street to the 3911 Wards Rd Gamestop and they were very helpful. Stephanie had called ahead and they had everything ready to go (even with their store very busy). I just want to thank the Roanoke store (Stephanie and Nick) for superior service in following through till the very end of the sale (Great Work!). I would also like to tell those in charge at Gamestop that I won't be shopping at the Wards Crossing store anymore for their unprofessionalism and non-service.
