after waiting in line for hours to recieve the prepaid WOW update, returned home to find the box was empty!!! store manager was rude and unhelpful-he would not exchange or refund since it was an "opened game", contacted corporate who said he could have issued a new game but it was up to the manager... end result the store got my $ and i just got a very pretty empty box\r \r unless yuou open the box at the counter to verify there is actually a game in it, i wouldnt buy from them ! more

Great place for cheap video games or trading in old games! 7/2/2005

We love not only the large stock they maintain here but also their trade in program is great! You bring in any old video games you don't use anymore & they give you either in store credit or cash, whichever you prefer. Then you can use the credit to buy games you want. We found the staff to be helpful & friendly & a real pleasure to deal with. A definite thumbs up. Also a very convenient location since it's right by Walmart. PROS: Great stock, takes trade-ins for cash or trade, friendly people, convenient CONS: None. more
