Best New Bar in NYC 2/22/2007

Gallery Bar is the best new spot in NYC. The bar is very tastefully decorated. Downstairs is very comfortable. The music is awesome. Everytime I have been there, the owners have personally welcomed me and taken some time to talk with me. They are great! I was very impressed with the quality of the artwork. Perfect Saturday night! 2/9/2007

Gorgeous decor, great concept and very fun, good looking crowd. A fun make out, i mean photo booth.\r Owners are sweethearts and it's the type of place you can hang in all night, the DJ is great and the atmosphere is not so pretentious that you can get up and cut a rug yet nice enough where it does have a sophisticated vibe. art at its best 2/8/2007

I was walking by the LES on my way home from work and the magnificent artwork by Kevin Berlin drew me in. I have been a fan of his work for a while and was really impressed with the layout and the idea behind this bar. I checked it out again on a random thursday night and was thoroughly impressed. The music was ecclectic, the drinks cheap, and the downstairs - seductive as hell. I definitely will be back. This is by far the hottest new bar in the LES. Pros: amazing art, cheap drinks, great music, huge space, downstairs Cons: cant find any more

A Creative, Classy Bar/Lounge 2/5/2007

Gallerybar is a great place! Fantastic scene with classy people. The owners and staff are very friendly and accomidating - very hard to find in NYC. I will definitely be back many times in the future and will bring all my friend in town and from out of town in! The two floors are so essential and love the way they both have a different feel. Great job guys on the concept - very original! Pros: Customer Service, Friendly Staff, Great Crowd, Classy and Mellow Cons: Nothing!! more

Drinks in a Gallery, Great concept! 2/3/2007

I'm the first to write about Gallerybar because it just opened and I made friends with the people there when I hosted my Bday last Saturday night. Just wanted to say thank you, I promised I would give you guys some love. The night was perfect from the reservation set up to the music. When I can host all of my friends with no hassle in a hip spot, I know you are doing something right! Also, the Artwork is amazing. I go out in the LES all the time and it is nice to have a newcomer to the neighborhood. I'll be back, in fact, my sister is hosting her party in 3 weeks!! Pros: Service, DJ, Drinks, Crowd more
