MISLEADING?EXPENSIVE?TERRIBLE!!! more

I arrived to San Diego air port at night time and I went to ALEMO rent a car ,I didn't had a major credit card at that time so they refer me to GALAXY rent a car ,I went there and they accept my debit card even I didn?t have a lot of money on the card so they rent me a car for three days and they treated me very kindly and they are very understandable people .After I return the car they toke me to San Diego air port , and I really appreciate what they did for me , so I really recommend them for every one to call them and you will see by your self ?? more

So, I had a trip planned to go to Vegas for two weeks, and none of the big rental companies would give me a rental car, simply because I don't own a credit card! I was referred to Galaxy Rent A Car and explained my situation, the owner actually took the call, asked me to go over to their office and 45 minutes later I was driving out the lot with my rental, and paying a way lower rate than the other car rental companies were charging me! Talk about really looking at their customers on a individual case by case, best customer service I've experience in years! I highly recommend this place, if you want the best deal, and customer service of course. Pros: THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU, TO GET YOU A CAR RENTAL! Cons: FROM MY EXPERIENCE, NONE. more

This was the worst car rental place I have ever rented from. PLease be careful, as the man who owns this, is a very dihonest person. I rented his car for four days, told him I would be driving out of the state (500 miles each way) and he told he it would just be $69.00 a day. I was looking at paying $280.00. When I got home, I dropped the car off, and realized 4 days later my credit card was charged $800.00. They charged me for insurance I denied, miles I went over, and though the man told me to have the car back on Sunday before 11 PM, he never said one thing about charging me $30 an hour for the extra time I had the car for. To make matters even worse the car that I was given was awful. It didn't even work properly. The gas gage was broken as were the headlights! Pros: NOTHING Cons: Lie, steal, cheat. Awful business more
