Horrid Customer Service Practices!! 8/27/2010

Worst Dealership I have ever experienced. I was treated like royalty when I bought my car there (no surprise). But that was it. Started having issues with my radio going out. Turned it in over 7 times in a 3 month period. Still couldn't fix it. They did however manage to put a nice gash in the side of my door.\r They did pay for it, however paint job was cheap and you can see where the body work was done. On my last visit, I was called 2 weeks AFTER my car was fixed. Since I was in a rental, they said I had to pay for last 2 weeks. After showing them proof they didn't call me, they said "Sorry, but that issue is now between you and the rental car agency" So after the dealership put me in a rental, it was now my problem to get my money back from a company that had nothing to do with the issue. Talk about pawning your problems onto someone else!!! But this is not the scariest part of it all!! They treated me well 10/17/2009

The service guys are great. The technician went on a test drive with me because their was a noise coming from my steering wheel. He had the problem fixed in half an hour. The receptionist Robin was very pleasant same as the rest of employees. It is a great dealership for a woman to have service done. more

Great buying experience 10/2/2009

I bought a Canyon pick up from the Salesmen Fred last week. It was the best car shopping experience I have ever encountered. I am over 60 years old and have bought more than 10 cars in my life. The price was very straight forward and the Finance Manager Gil was very efficient. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from them again. more

Customer service skills 7/30/2009

My husband and I have been looking for the 2005 GTO 6.0. We saw a beautiful red one in there and we stop by with my father in law. After a while of being there and asking the standard questions (milage ,pre-existing conditions,etc). The man told us the price and we told him about one we saw in Daly City and it's lower price and he told that we were mistaken. Then as we leaving because we were not interested in the car he began to tell ask us what we would pay . We Did and This man began to to egg us on. He asked if we were too afraid to purchase a car from them. He continued to insult my husband and my father in law as I heard from afar. This place is a joke for a dealership. They also tried to play a friend of ours by not giving a full Car Fax and misleading him about the history of a Monte Carlo he wanted. If you do not care about the history of a car that you are willing to invest in the you should never go there. more

Can't get my Buick fixed right! 7/23/2008

One of my passenger doors on my Buick Century was leaking water into the car interior. After keeping the vehicle for a few days until a new seal arrived they returned it to me and said it was fixed. The next time it rained, water in the interior again. I brought it back and they worked on it again and returned it to me. A few seconds with the garden hose proved it was still not fixed. I kept bringing it back for a total of four times. On the fourth time, and after speaking with the service manager, I found out they were trying to fix the wrong door even though I pointed it out every time. They said it was fixed and I briught it home. Guess what? It still leaks. I have given up and will take somewhere else. more

Bully Car Dealer 7/19/2008

I was going to buy a new truck from Vacaville GMC/Pontiac and after the sale I was I had found out I was lied to by the sales manager and salesman. I refused delivery of the vehicle and I was bullied by the Sales Manager Larry Felbaum with his phones calls and threats. I would stay away from this dealership more
