Heather walked through all the details with me and provided guidance to lower overall costs. We received excellent service and saved several hundred dollars. more

The local GEICO Representative in Madison, AL, Amanda Hartman did an outstanding job of helping me replace my existing homeowner's policy with one that provided me with basically the same coverage that I have with one that saved me approximately $1,000 per year. I was kept in loop at all times and could not be more please with the service rendered. more

I was very impressed by the level of customer service I received from Tim at the Madison, Alabama office. Tim fielded all of my calls, and returned missed calls promptly. I switched from an insurance company that I had been with for 15+ years, and he was able to save me money on my car insurance. I was also able to save 66%(not an exaggeration) on my homeowners through Geico as well. I would highly recommend! more

I made the switch to GEICO and Tim Nelson was the biggest part of that move. He went above and beyond to look at my new policies from every angle. Because of him, I didn't have to sacrifice the integrity of my policy just to get a cheaper rate. To top it off---- he is local---- not a random person on a 1-800 number that is 100's of miles away. Just wanted to recommend Geico and Amanda. Amanda was very helpful with getting my car and home insurance setup several years ago. I also saved money by switching to Geico. Recently she helped setting up identity theft protection. Great company service! more
