Think twice before you shop here! This is the (exact) delightful email I received from them recently after I complained about their java soggy web site and an excessive shipping charge on Xmas lights, ""Well, we must be doing something right...we sure do sell a lot of stuff. I guess if you really knew that much about websites, web design and strategy, you would be in the business making money like we are. If you don't like the prices, shop elsewhere. It won't hurt our feelings...we are not for everybody. Piss Off! Steve P.S. We blacklisted your name and email as well. Merry Christmas!"" And that ladies and gentlemen is their idea of customer service! I'll never spend a penny there... ever! more

Great Location, Awful Employees 5/24/2009

I always try to buy from local businesses when I can BUT everytime I come to Fusek's I encounter employees that are both rude and/or unknowledgeable. The first time I went there I wanted to get a screen repaired and the guy was very rude and essentially told me to go somewhere else. The second time I went in asking for Kilz to cover graffiti on my garage and they said ""No use paint remover."" I said ""won't it remove all the paint off my garage?"" They said ""No since it's a factory job it won't come off."" Of course it's paint remover and it totally stripped every layer of paint off. I had to buy Kilz anyway then re-paint the whole door. The third time I bought $1500 worth of custom blinds. They came to my house, measured, the blinds come in, then DID NOT fit in the part of the window I wanted it. SO I have $1500 wonky blinds. They have this rewards program so I was sent $50 in gift certificates. I go in there to use them pick up $50 worth of stuff then they say we can only use 1 $10 certificate per transaction (by the way the certificates expire mid-July). Then they act like I'm trying to steal from them or take advantage of the system for wanting to redeem my certificates all at once! So maybe I was stupid for continuing to go in there. I recommend no one else repeat my idiocy. Just go to Lowes or Home Depot. Pros: Location, local business Cons: Employees more
